Carrie Cox leads the HR services practice for AGH Employer Solutions and works with clients across industries. She works with HR and business leaders as they implement their people strategies, helping them design effective employee programs and policies, providing management and leadership training and development, and advising on employee and management issues.

She is a member of SHRM, currently serving as the Wichita Chapter’s VP of Communciations. Her certifications include Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute and SHRM-CP designated by the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a certified practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) and the Korn Ferry/Hay Group’s Emotional and Social Competency Inventory. Carrie was selected by the Wichita Business Journal as a 2014 HR Professionals honoree, 2015 40 Under 40 honoree, 2019 Women Who Lead, and named HR professional of the year by Wichita SHRM in 2017.

HR analytics is an area in which HR professionals may be easily overwhelmed and many times are just learning how to get started. While HR professionals have access to extensive amounts of data, it may not always be used in a way that's helpful to managing the business.
