We’ve incorporated the latest in neuroscience research and adult-learning theory to create the best opportunity for tangible mindset and behavior change. A qualified Wolf Prairie trainer conducts the session to maximize participation, engagement, and real-life learning.

Unlike most training which is learned and then forgotten, participants are provided with tangible and practical strategies to literally “retrain” their brains to become more sensitive and aware of the lenses of bias we tend to put back on out of habit and conditioning.

Objectives:

Overview of the issue of unconscious bias and its universality.

Learn creative ways to address the issue without creating defensiveness

Learn techniques to 'retrain' brains to see others without lenses of bias.
