With age comes additional risk factors for physical injuries while working.  Participants will learn how to lower their exposure for work injuries from these valuable employees and create a safer work environment for everyone.

Learning Objectives:

1.      An understanding of how aging workers have changed the workforce in recent years.

2.      Identify risk factors for physical injuries specific to the worker age 50 or above.

3.      Identify ways to modify the work site to accommodate the needs of older workers.
