This was a very short and quiet week for legislators.  We honored Martin Luther King Day on Monday, and the Legislature did not meet.  Over the three-day weekend, the wife of Rep. Marvin Kleeb, who also serves as Chair of the House Commerce Committee, passed away of cancer.  Her funeral was held on Thursday, and most committee meetings were canceled for the day to allow members to attend the funeral.  Today is a Pro Forma Day, which means no substantial business will occur to
