The purpose of this seminar is to illustrate different methods that a Human Resource Manager can utilize to control and impact the outcome of an unemployment claim. Topics that will be discussed will include an explanation of Kansas Employment Security Law, the impact that proper employee documentation has on the process, writing letters of protest and methods to control unemployment taxes in general. The presenters will explore the financial and legal impact that proper administration of the unemployment insurance system will have on the manager's organization."
