- the Department of Labor Guidelines on assessment & testing, &

The employee assessment world has exploded with tools and theories that all make high claims about the good things they can do for you. Some claims fail to hold up to analysis. Learn more about how to navigate the employee assessment universe and identify the approach to help your organization in practical ways. Think beyond a favorite assessment and improve your assessment selection skills.
About the presenter:
Kirk directed the Human Resources and Development functions. He implemented recruiting, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and assessment systems. He managed employee and labor relations. He has an MBA from St. Louis University and a BS Psychology from Emporia State University. He is MBTI qualified, a DDI certified instructor, and a Strategic Partner of Profiles International.
