Objectives: Social networking such as instant messaging, blogs, Twitter and Facebook has changed the face of workplace communication forever. For human resource professionals, this means the creation, adoption andenforcement of policies regulating employee behavior both in and out of the workplace. Attorney Rupe will discuss the need to manage risk, considerations in policy making, the possible disclosure of confidentialand/or intellectual property to non-employees, and the enforcement of company policies.
About the presenter:
Alan Rupe is a board-certified trial specialist, certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocacy (ABOTA).
