Gina Crowley has been a manager of Learning and Organizational Development responsible for leadership development, executive coaching, developing bench strength, retaining talent and leading a staff. Over her career, Gina has worked in a variety of industries with: 9 years in manufacturing, 8 years in telecommunications, and 5 years in service for both Fortune 100 companies like T-Mobile, Raytheon, and MCI, as well as smaller family owned businesses.
