HR professionals will need to become experts in managing workers’ careers, and work is a forty-five year certainty in most of our lives. Many people go to work every day and join co-workers in the universal act of complaining. This creates negative energy that most contend with day after day and year after year. Why not learn how to eliminate the negative energy, develop positive/professional relations with our colleagues, and use our personal attitude to create and manage a healthy work culture?
HR Professionals will learn:
• The qualities of co-worker relations and how to identify when there are problems.
• How work culture goes unnoticed and becomes negative for all employees.
• Attitude is a choice and it is contagious.
• The Credo of Professionals; integrity, character, accountability and respect
This presentation is a systematic, fun, engaging journey that turns a “survival approach” to work into a potentially life-changing experience.
