Just when you think you have got the process down, they tell you its going to change.
Change is a fact of life - If a company is not changing most likely it will get left behind by its competitors. There are different types of changes that can happen within a company and there are ways to make a company ready for change. In this program human resource leaders will be given the tools to be the driving force behind the executives to change and organization. As change agents in organization human resource leaders will learn how to develop the strategic steps needed to help their companies work through changes in ways that can be most productive.
Mary Hemmelgarn has an extensive background in both Human Resources and Accounting. She has experience as a Corporate Controller, a Director of Human Resources and is currently a Vice President at Accenture Middle Market BPO Services. During these experiences Mary has worked with top management to assist in the human resource side of changes within each company.
Mary received both her bachelors and masters degrees in Business Administration at Wichita State University, and is certified as an SPHR.
