Qualifications:

      Education and/or Experience
·        Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Business, Organizational Behavior, or a related field; Advanced degree recommended.
·        Minimum of 10 years experience in leadership and demonstrate the ability to drive organizational effectiveness in a large business environment with a strong track record of success.
·        Comprehensive knowledge of Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management desired.
·        Strong business acumen and highly developed analytical skills, as well as superior intellect and judgment.
·        Takes a business results-focused, proactive approach to the work.
 
Behavioral Skills
·        Thrives in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment. Able to operate in an ambiguous environment or an environment where priorities may change quickly.
·        Proactive relationship building ability coupled with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
·        A personal presence which is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of Via Christi.
·        Demonstrated experience in organizational development, planning, service delivery and evaluation.

Job Description
 
 
 
 
Position Summary: Serves as an organization effectiveness practice leader for Via Christi. Support the development and transformation of the Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence to support the current and future learning needs of the organization and the workforce. Identify strategic gaps, develop, implement and manage innovative learning and development initiatives to deliver the Organizational Development and Effectiveness plan.
Partner with line management and human resources partners to drive a comprehensive development and organizational effectiveness strategy to achieve the desired business results. Strong understanding of how to assess and apply Catholic Healthcare principles, where appropriate, and values in the discernment and decision making process for Human Resources initiatives. 
 
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Other duties may be assigned. 

 
·        Partners in the design of organization wide training/development programs for Leadership and Workforce Development.
·        Assure quality of training from design to delivery to post-delivery by optimizing the return for investment in Learning and Development and maximize the Return on Expectations (ROE) through cultural change.
·        Design and support the execution of the leadership agenda (i.e., management processes, communication strategy).
·        Oversees and develops development tools programs and processes to improve workforce and culture effectiveness.
·        Keeps current on industry and regulatory activities that could impact workforce planning and organizational development programs.
·        Works with leadership to ensure change management methodologies are in place and assess current cultural readiness for any talent management, career development, succession plans etc.
·        Identify, develop and lead the implementation of multiple projects in a fast-paced, challenging environment with competing priorities.
·        Serve as a key member of the businesses Human Resources team in delivering integrated people solutions.
·        Conduct needs assessment for training and development requirements throughout
 Via Christi.
·        Trains Organizational Development & Effectiveness, HR and other organizational development practitioners to inculcate methodology and best practices throughout the ministries.
·        Develops scorecard to measure Organizational Development and Learning and Employee Engagement.
·        Manage the day to day operational functions for the Organizational Development & Effectiveness Team.
·        Provide overall project management of the employee engagement survey processes and action planning design to drive operational effectiveness.
·        Design, develop and train Organizational Effectiveness tools, processes and programs.
·        Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned in organizational development program plans and disseminates as appropriate.
·        Skills in Process Improvement tools and processes.
