- Able to present a professional first impression and a courteous manner to customers, employees and visitors
- Possess a friendly telephone voice
- Previous experience with data entry, reporting and maintenance of a web-based HR Management System, such as Softscape or PeopleSoft
- Beginning to Intermediate proficiency level MS Excel and MS Word skills
- Excellent alphabetic and numeric filing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Basic math skills

| Job Description |
- Greet customers and vendors and answer the company’s main phone line
- Get mail from mailbox, open and sort mail
- Conduct Denied Party background checks
- Alphabetize/sort documents for filing
- Prepare New Employee packets
- Run daily reports from HR System and audit against previous day entry
- Record training data on HR Learning Management System, set up classes and enroll students into courses as needed, run reports and track records as needed
- Provide assistance to users of HR Systems
- Data entry to ERP and prepare reports
- Maintain and order office supplies for the company
- Arrange catering for meetings
- Maintain and organize lobby area
- Schedule shoe mobile and blood drive visits
- May assist with scheduling candidates for interviews
- Invoice customers
- File Contracts documents
- Create quotation files
- Stock printer supplies/paper
- Other administrative duties as required
