Minimum 5+ years of HR experience or recruiting experience at college campuses
Prior experience managing projects and/ or teams of people
Excellent communication skills, with a comfort in making presentations to large groups of people
Willingness to travel 20 - 30% of time and ability to work after normal business hours during recruiting seasons
Comfort with technology. Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple priorities and conflicting demands
Ability to work with senior management in an organization

| Job Description |
This person will be responsible for managing Koch’s college recruiting program, delivering quality service operations to Koch and its affiliated companies. This position will partner with the Human Resource Leaders, Discipline teams & campus contacts to execute the college recruiting vision, strategy, pricing, benchmark information, campus choice, etc. Ideal candidates will have excellent process oriented skills and a passion for campus recruiting.
Provide leadership & direction on all university program issues, including identification of specific programs and universities which support business objectives.
Continually assess the effectiveness of programs and processes and implement change as appropriate.
Participate in benchmarking activities and conduct surveys to ensure competitive college hires and intern compensation.
Manage Koch's image on campus. Develop and manage partnerships with deans, program directors, department chairs, professors and career centers. Manage relationships with student leaders and key campus organizations.
Partner with business leaders to determine appropriate recruiting needs for their organizations.
Oversight of campus recruiting teams, including development of specific campus activities to support recruiting strategies.
Manage campus recruiting process to ensure compliance with both relevant employment laws and with Koch's Human Resource standards.
Manage internship program.
Manage and mentor a full-time College Recruiting Coordinator.
