About Wichita SHRM... The Wichita Chapter, chartered in 1960, continues to be a leader among SHRM affiliated chapters. As the largest SHRM affiliated chapter in the state of Kansas, Wichita SHRM gives its members numerous avenues of support and networking.
Wichita SHRM has been awarded the Superior Merit Award virtually every year since the charter began. This distinction is achieved through their work in areas designated by National SHRM. Those areas are: Legislative and Community Support, Chapter Operations, Professional Development, and Financial Management.

Monthly Membership Meetings (Luncheon & PM Program)
Wichita SHRM has improved its meeting sponsorship opportunities, while keeping the sponsorship opportunity at the same cost effective price. Our aim is to increase the interaction between our sponsors and our members. Luncheon meetings last 1 1/2 hours with average attendance of 100 members/guests. PM Programs last 2 hours with average attendance of 40 members/guests.
This sponsorship package includes: - Company recognition on all external publications: newspaper announcements, weekly emails preceding event, Wichita SHRM's web-site.
- An opportunity to present company information and address members from the podium before the program begins.
- Prominent company recognition through promotional literature/materials at each table setting.
- Your company's name and logo prominently featured via signage at the meeting location, on the printed meeting agenda and at the display table inside the meeting room.
- Networking initiatives taken on your behalf by the Wichita SHRM Board of Directors.
- Recognition in the Wichita SHRM Calendar on our website and in the "HR Focus" newsletter as the meeting sponsor.

Monthly Door Prizes
Everyone loves a prize and what a creative way to support Wichita SHRM! Door prizes are awarded each month at lunch meetings through random drawing of members who RSVP via online event registration.This sponsorship package includes: - Provide small marketing item to accompany standard Wichita SHRM door prize.
- Company recognition on agenda and by SHRM board member to chapter members as door prize sponsor.
Contribution: $50 per meeting (plus marketing item for giveaway)
Customized Membership Emails
Trying to target HR professionals in the Wichita Metro area? There's no better way to do it than by a customized Wichita SHRM Membership Email. This sponsorship package includes: - A customized email is sent to every Wichita SHRM member.
- Subject line will read: "Opportunity from ABC Company."
- Email message will be formatted as closely to the original document submitted for distribution.
- A PDF file can be sent as an attachment.
Contribution: $200 per email
Printed Meeting Agendas
Printed Meeting Agenda sponsors contribute to Wichita SHRM by helping to pay the color printed agenda costs. In recognition of this important contribution, the sponsor's name and logo will appear on the sponsored printed agendas.
This sponsorship package includes:- Company name and logo recognized on all sponsored printed agendas.
- Two gratis luncheon meeting registrations for quarter sponsored.
Contribution: $500 (3 consecutive month sponsorship)
Wichita SHRM Website
Website sponsors contribute to Wichita SHRM by helping to pay the server and domain name support costs. In recognition of this important contribution, the sponsor's logo will appear on the Home Page and all main pages of the Wichita SHRM website.
This sponsorship package includes:- Company name and logo prominently displayed on all pages with hyperlink to email address or company website for 12 months.
- Two (2) half-page ads in future HR Focus Newsletters.
- One monthly membership meeting sponsorship.
- One customized membership email.
Contribution: $2,500 per 12 month sponsorship
